I've just visited their warehouse in Kent ...and, I've got to say, the chaps there couldn't have been more helpful.  They sourced the bits I wanted in a quick-smart fashion, told me who stocked the bits I was after that they didn't have - and also made a commitment to start stocking an item that no-one in the UK seems to.

...and all this while packing-up the entire facility for a move to another warehouse about 5 miles away, tomorrow!

Credit where credit's due; WD Music is a great company to deal with - and I don't think I'll be going anywhere-else for supplies ever again.

Not the cheapest, but they've never let me down in terms of quality. Their stuff actually fits!
