Withdrawn - Gibson SG Standard

It's a great guitar but I've always been fighting it, coming to the conclusion that I'm just not an SG man despite this being my only guitar for a couple of years now - think I've probably given it enough of a chance! It's a 2008 Standard in cherry which is more orangey brown in daylight. No neck dive, very lively and resonant guitar acoustically. Rounded neck which feels really nice. Pickups - 490R/498T.

Condition - good but not pristine. Has its fair share of surface marks and scratches on the back but nothing that goes down to the wood. Pickguard has been filed out a bit at the bridge pickup to fit a Duncan trem spaced humbucker, so looks a little tatty but you soon forget it. Original Gibson black hardcase included and I'll chuck in a matching red Couch Racer X strap.

Thanks for the offer but I think a Mira would be too similar to an SG for me.

Bump to see if there's any interest yet, I'm going mad obsessing over guitars during this lockdown period! A Studio or Tribute preferably with a 60s slim taper or rounded profile would be ideal to get me my LP fix  might be tempted by something MIJ if it's a nice one - Edwards or something.

Bump, finally putting this up for sale as I can't shake the new guitar itch now I've played a few different ones haha. £900 collected from either Northants or MK (work). Offers considered!

Would still consider trades for a nice US tele or Gibson/MIJ LP.

Yeah - I've been struggling with it for a long time (have owned it for about 10 years now!) and never fully bonded with it so I think it's time to move on, I've definitely given it a good chance haha. I played a few nice guitars the other day which has swayed me.
