Nice job. I did something similar with my integral garage about 12 years ago.
If you wanted to improve the acoustics (more neutral mix environment rather than sound 'proofing') you could use more / deeper panels but you could also improve things by firing your monitors down the length of the room i.e. set up your mix position to face the window. Of course this is a big compromise in terms of usable space. In the real world the Man Cave has to accommodate all the stuff in the house that isn't hers. In your case that drum kit is dictating the room layout to a large extent.
Have you got good headphones to mix on? I know at least one professional who mixes entirely on headphones. I've started using mine more and more to check the low end and stereo imaging although I still like to do the bulk of the work using the monitors.
The hi-fi isnt connected up yet but I only really plan to use it for playing the odd CD thats not on streaming services as my main PC no longer has a CD drive and thought it might double as a reference system.
I did think about having the desk in front of the window and the drums in the corener with the mural but couldnt work out where to make everything else fit in that layout.. One improvement that I could try with little effort is to swap the main desk and small desk to get the right hand speaker a little further a way from the corner.
I use DT880s for most stuff though as the majority of my music'ing is done when the kids are asleep. I believe Nolly mixes predominantly on headphones and he produces some killer mixes.
