Hi All,

Selling my Mesa Boogie Express 5:25 1x10 Combo perfect condition.

Switchable between 5 watts class A, and 25 watts class A/B.

Versatile and great sounding amp. 2 switchable channels, each with 2 modes: Clean/crunch and Blues/Burn. Contour control for each channel gives a foot switchable EQ shape change - its billed as the "power of the 5 band graphic EQ on a rotary control" - its a powerful feature, and having separate controls per channel is pretty cool.

Long spring reverb - separate controls for each channel.

In use something good to try out is setting the "clean" channel to Crunch and winding the preamp gain up to give a lead sound, and then using the "dirty" channel on the Blues setting with the preamp gain turned down and master up a bit more for a cleaner sound.

The EQ controls on the amp are really powerful, which was something I had heard about but not experienced before having one.

Bought brand new from Jeff at World Guitars.

Never gigged, or even been out of the house (non smoking household).

Includes original Foot switch (channel, contour, reverb, original cover, original documents and paperwork still in the wallet.

Buffered Effects Loop, external switching jacks for channel/2, contour 1, contour 2, and reverb

I'm selling it because using at home mainly is not really what this thing is for, and it could do with someone using it more regularly, and just fancy a bit of a change.

Since our little one was born, it's not really seen any great use at all as its loud for sociable home use on either 5 or 25 watt settings.

Even thought this thing is pretty light for Mesa Boogie, it's still a hefty thing and not be comfortable shipping it.

Happy to deliver/meet locally - South Gloucestershire, North Wiltshire - M4 etc - further afield? let's have a chat and sort something out for mileage or something.

I've knocked £50 off my reverb listing for now so same applies here selling price if £700.

If Amps are for trade, I’d like something with a decent amount of sag and bloom if you know what I mean because ’m a messy player so need all the help I can get!
