Sprayed a Sunburst Today

I've done this for a forthcoming website demo.

It's Tobacco Brown over my "Tinted Gloss", using the new round pattern nozzles which give a nice tight band.

Body is 2-piece ash from Guitarbuild and weighs about 3.5 pounds.

I've been working on this burst today, this is over a few months, it's nearly there with the fading and ageing now

That looks lovely Steve - the narrow black band at the edge is stunning - much nicer than the brand black band you see so often

Thanks all, it's not getting built up though @skippy76, it was just a demo for the aerosols, both technique and the colours.

Its going to be a Candy Apple Red demo next.

@Danielsguitars Wow, that's quite the difference. How long did it take? Is it through being out in the sun alone?

Most of it faded over a few weeks and had hardly any sun, it's continuing really nicely and the checking is now looking very nice, the back needs to get faded a bit now, this is over maybe 3 or 4 months
