Smallest midi controller with faders and/or knobs (keys not necessary) with a 5 pin MIDI output

I'm starting a smallish band with minimal PA inputs needed and thinking of using my RME UFX as the mixer as it has decent EQ, compression and reverb for live use. I can control the mixer section form a MIDI controller but needs to have physical 5 pin DIN outputs. I know I can use Touch OSC but I don't have an iPad or want to have to rely on a network connection. Something small like the Korg Nano Kontrol range would be great but they are just USB. If there is a USB to MIDI converter anyone could recommend I might be able to still use a Nano Kontrol. Any ideas?
