OK, it's still an impressive achievement - especially given that landing to refuel was actually the trickiest bit, where he came unstuck on the first attempt - but it's not 'crossing the channel by hoverboard' really... it's crossing half the channel, twice.

I did Did'nt I                  

   Forgot about him.......his pulsejet 'design' is fairly easy to build using DIY materials-

    Would need a fair bit of modification before I'd try a channel crossing with it.

       Anyone on the forum 'braver' than me????
