i am still of the opinion that George Harrison was shafted on my sweet lord , so the melody is similar to the chiffons but it has a completely different vibe . It is inevitable that melodies will sometimes sound the same when you consider the tremendous output of music .

If I’m thinking of the right case the guy bringing it had a sound track record; prior to this he had 200 hits, albeit on Soundcloud. Now that everyone is seeing what the fuss is about it’s over 200,000.

I'm not sure about three notes, but four is definitely distinctive enough to be unique... even if the first three of them are the same.
