Anyone good with Adobe Photoshop?

I need a fairly simple edit doing but me and Photoshop are not great pals...

Anyone got The Knowledge ?

Since I'm literally going to go and do Photoshop in a bit in exchange for money, I suppose I must be fairly good at it - that said, I wouldn't be able to do it until tomorrow, but if you still need it done then, get in touch. 

n.b. I work for a children's book company, so there's a danger that everyone in the photo will get turned into large rabbits or something. Hope that's OK.
