New Massive Passive Day!

I've wanted one of these for a while- I used one extensively in 2004-06 when in NYC and Switzerland but got around to buying one myself.
Found one for a non-crazy price in the UK and collect it in a few days time when I am there.

Basically a Pultec on steroids and great for tone shaping source tracks and as a final mix down box.
Very exciting.

A sub-famous guitarist I knew (and grew to detest) had a two channel Manley EQ and a broadcast quality stereo compressor whose brand/model escapes me.
