    What did you get in return?

    I really wish I had put my name on the list for a Bown a few years ago (I exchanged a few messages with you about his guitars on another forum a while back!) his vintage style Martin guitars still seem to sound better to my ears than any others I've come across.

    Traded for a Bown SJ, which I used to own and wished I hadn't sold! You're right about the sound. I brifely played another big name 00 guitar at the weekend, and much prefered the Bown 00 to that one. There's still time to get your name on Ralph's build list!
