If so, what’s his turnaround time on Video Exchanges like? It varies a lot across the different schools/instructors....

Just to answer my own question in case it's useful for anyone else, I signed up, submitted a VE and got a VE response from Keith the same day...not expecting that to be the norm but was still very impressed!

This compared to Guthrie Trapp who's averaging a touch over a month to reply to Video Exchanges which is taking the piss i.m.o.
