I really didn't think I'd sell this for another few years but a surprise gift of a laptop and some squishiness in my living situation means it really is not getting used to its fullest extent. In its current case it was an audio and sim racing rig. Since moving to London, I have no space for sim racing so the wheel and pedals went and I reverted to pretending Forza 7 was a decent sim...

The PC is housed in a Fractal Core 500 case. It's really lovely and small, a bit bigger than a shoe box but a long way from the tower size. The pictures next to a couple of pedals and a 14" Acer Swift 3 laptop show the size of the Core 500 perfectly. All parts were bought from new and have migrated into this case over the years. Nothing has been overclocked and thrashed to within an inch of its life. The prices are the secondhand prices for parts gleaned from Ebay.

Fractal Core 500 case£40.00
EVGA 500BQ PSU£40.00
Asus H81I-PLUS socket 1150£40.00
Intel i7 4770 processor£100.00
8gb DDR3 Corsair Vengeance Low Profile£40.00
Noctua NH-U14S CPU fan£40.00
Samsung 850 Pro 512GB SSD£60.00

There is no graphics card now as I'm not using it for gaming, audio only. I did have an Asus Strix GTX960 in there. Tight fit but it did get in there! So why is this so good for audio? Simple: because it is near silent. It runs with just the fan on the PSU and the fan on the Noctua CPU fan. Processor was given a good going with Arctic MX-4 thermal paste and ran under 50c. Absolutely rock solid, no issues, DPC latency is not an issue with this motherboard (you will have to watch the build of Windows 10 that you install though, although I believe build 1903 has sorted out the crappy latency issues recently).

You will need:

-mouse and keyboard
-WiFi (I was running this using a powerline adapter)
-Graphics card if you need anything more than the onboard Intel HD4600 graphics
-A monitor
-Additional power cables for the PSU if I can't find my spares. Pretty sure I gave these away so you will need some new ones to add a graphics card.

Price: £325 posted. And yes it has a cover. It's even got the world's most useless dust protector on the underside.

EDIT: Chnanged my mind entirely. Love this setup too much to get rid of it. Mind was warped by newish laptop and possibilities rather than rational thought :) No longer for sale, sorry folks.
