I have it on good authority that's an authentic Gibson and that's exactly how it left the factory. I honestly can't see what the actual F&*k people are on about with the supposed quality issues. I've seen worse neck joints for sure. Also, there's obviously nothing wrong with the head stock angle and there's no way it's ever gonna snap off either, oh wait.!!! It's happened again.
At least its authentic even if that means authentic sh!t!!!

I don't think that the bolts through the fingerboard are the originals. Did they come with the guitar so you can swap them in before selling it?

Don't think its that bad. Loads of extra wood mass for resonance, very secure neck bolts and its still a lawsuit...

Terrible work but in the right hands it’s probably fixable. I’d certainly give it a go if I got hold of cheaply enough. Harry 7 could definitely sort it out.
