Warmoth make roasted maple necks, and if you choose the vintage/modern construction it has the 22 frets and headstock-end trussrod adjustment. You can get the straight 9.5" radius too.
In terms of neck profiles they haven't got anything quite like the "Modern Deep C". Their Standard Thin neck is more like the older Modern C. Their 59 Roundback, SRV and Wolfgang profiles are a little chunkier but all have different features (the latter two have asymmetric shapes).
Having said that, I never think their in-stock roasted maple necks look as good as the highly-figured and/or quartersawn roasted necks found on guitars from the likes of Suhr, Xotic, Eggle and Music Man.

It's to replace the neck on a '98 American Deluxe. Fender machined the truss cavity too wide, so it rattled, leading to someone over-tightening the rod. Some years ago, Manson's filled the cavity with glue to kill an horrible resonance that would occur on low Bb.
Now there's no adjustment left, and the rattles have returned...
It's a great profile. Very little taper. But I do definitely need a 43mm nut.
