Boring question, sorry - where to source replacement Epi Dot pickguard?

Checked all the usual places (AllParts, Strings Direct, AxesRus etc) but can only find Gibson replacements, which I understand will not fit an Epi Dot. I'm not bothered about it being Epiphone branded, I'd just like it to fit in the existing screwholes. Any ideas? Only one I could find involved ordering from China with a 3 week wait.

Not opposed to having to sand to get it to fit around the pickup rings, if I have no other option.
