The guy is an obvious Vai wannabe but with neither the musical intelligence nor the self-deprecating sense of humour of the real thing.

His red Ibanez guitar looks like an RG rather than a Jem. Yet, it appears to have Tree Of Line fingerboard fret position markers. I cannot help wondering whether these are self-adhesive stickers, applied over the standard issue dot markers. If they are, it is just one more pretence.

It should go without saying that I cannot match that guy's shredding chops and am as jealous as jealous can be.  Or, perhaps, not.
