Groovy little bit of kit here: purchased a while back on a whim to keep in the office, but in truth I never get time to play there (rarely get time to play anywhere) and it's just stuck forlornly in the corner.

Clever design, super lightweight, breaks down into v small case in great condition for portability, while allowing practice on the move and plugging in if that's your bag.  Built in reverb and headphone sockets, also an input for your CD player or phone.

Online blurb:

Practice in complete privacy.

The Yamaha SLG100S silent steel string guitar lets you practice with headphones, yet enjoy the realistic sounds of an acoustic instrument. The Yamaha SLG100S steel string guitar features a lightweight composite body, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, and breaks down quickly to fit into the included gig bag for easy transport. The Yamaha silent guitar's electronics include piezo in-bridge pickups and an internal DSP that reproduces the natural-sounding reverb of a user-selected acoustic space. A mini-jack input lets you connect a CD player for play-along. The Yamaha SLG100S guitar interfaces with the AG Stomp (whatever that may be). Includes gig bag.

FEATURES

  • Practice with headphones, yet enjoy the realistic sounds of an acoustic guitar

In full working order, small signs of use but nothing major or structural.  Situated in my office in central London.  Say £250 ONO; happy to discuss postage options which I guess would be about a tenner.

Not really up for trades, ta: I'm all about liquidity where, as ever, I have my cheatin' eye on something

That, my friend, is the extremely useful 'Practical Approach to Landlord and Tenant', which I cannot recommend highly enough as a Virgil for the uninitiated into the Inferno of assured shorthold tenancies, statutory commercial leasehold renewals and enfranchisement :naughty:
