We did one of these a while back and it was really good fun, so I figured we'd do another one.
The point is to motivate people to do something physical and achieve a goal.
The goal is not to do a specific number, but if you want to list how many you are doing then please do so.
The goal is to do them daily.
I'd much rather people do 1 perfect press-ups than 100 poorly executed ones.
This is some information on how to do press-ups properly and safely:
If you are struggling to do them then you can try it on your knees- I don't like this myself and preferred to do them with my feet touching a wall for some stability.
To reiterate, do them properly, lower your chest to the ground and push up to full extension.
Today is the first day, we'll finish on the 12th October.
