Rob Mitchell guitar's, anyone tried?

hi, I am new to the forum,
has anyone played Rob Mitchell's guitars? It's a bit far to travel up to Dundee from the Midlands, wondered if anyone has any experience of them? They sound great on the videos I have seen. It's almost a 'Taran like' sound which I really like but can't afford

The only one I've heard are on dune foot's excellent videos on youtube. May be worth contacting Mr Mitchell direct and asking if he has any stock in shops down south. The next time I'm on holiday in Perthshire I might check them out.
