Aux cable

Hope you guys can advise? I need to connect a Tascam device I use and connect it to a DV Micro Head I've recently bought. I can do this with an Aux insert on the DV Micro head. Can someone recommend a cable for it? I presume it plugs into the headphones out socket of the Tascam device and into the AUX socket on the DV Micro Head

Yes you can send a signal into the aux in, As to coming out of your tascam device if it doesn’t have a line out then the headphone socket should suffice just watch the output level on the tascam as I expect it will quickly cause distortion

can you suggest where I can pick a cable up from. Amazon?

Quick squid at the manual reveals its a combined headphone and line out from the beast so you just need a mini jack to mini jack lead available from Tesco or a phone shop or some such establishment it’s not a special cable https://www.pmtonline.co.uk/tourtech-3ft-mini-jack-stereo-audio-cable?utm_source=google&utm_medium=shopping&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIx-f9i_OK5QIVBkTTCh1AoAIUEAQYBCABEgLvuPD_BwE don’t get conned into paying more than a fiver for one!
