Just had a condensed milk one : -) 

will try the coconut next coffee. ..

seems egg coffee popular too - but not seen anyone with one yet

from just checking on google maps it seems there's a little cluster of guitar shops close together in saigon, didn't know about that when I was there ffs

Go for something to eat or drink in the old quarter in the evening if you can. It's utter chaos but in a really nice way. So bright and vibrant. There a bunch of old tiny streets in a square 1/2 mile or so which is really cool to have a wonder about.

Managed to get there and it was exactly as You described .. mental but vibrant 

currently slumming it in a boat in Halong Bay - watching sunrise..
