Used a few of these and great product + service - Part of me says you could buy all the parts from different locations and do it yourself and save a couple of quid - But just so much easier to install a new loom as a pre-wired unit

+1 on buying the whole kit from a reputable vendor with instructions, but doing it yourself. Really not hard (maybe practice with a spare knackered pot and a bit of braided wire) and a very satisfying way to spend 30mins

I bought one of the LP pre wired kits and the pre wired switch [from @sixstringsupplies], I will get a tech in Dublin to install both in my Epi LP soon.  I would do the work myself, I actually have three different soldering irons, but my eyesight is no longer up to the task.  The kits are extremely well put together, looking forward to the performance improvement they will give the guitar.
