Guitar Values

I’ve been, sadly, tasked with trying to get some idea of values of 3 guitars on behalf of a friend who has recently passed away.
The first is a Yamaha FG-180 Red Label. 

The second is also a Yamaha. It’s a Compass Series CPX-5 TBB Elecro-acoustic in dark blue.
The last one is a Admira Tapa Maciza Model SEVILLA Serial No: A-20015368

I’d really appreciate any thoughts on the values and saleability of the guitars.

Is the FG-180 made in Japan or Taiwan?  Makes no difference sonically but Jap built will add a few quid to value. Neck angle/string height will matter greatly. In good shape it should be £450. Less if the saddle is low and strings are high.
