I bought my Brook from them without knowing anything about them beforehand - I don't live in Exeter.  Three hours on their sofa being brought guitar after guitar to try and sometimes they'd play one while I listened too see how it projected.  First class.

I bought my Collings from them, first class service by phone and email. Would love to visit some day.

That was my experience too. In 2015 I spent the afternoon there playing guitars before buying a PRS SE CU24.

Yeah, nice shop.  Both my Teles came from there and you're welcomed the same if you buy some strings or a new Collings.

If its the store in Exeter, they are great.  Used to be next door to my works SW office and regularly went to meeting in Exeter which inevitably led to me wandering around project music.  Bought a few bits over the years never had a problem.

There used to be a place called Project Music on the Beaver estate in Hounslow.... I bought quite a few things in there. 

Wonder if they’re connected?
