Cheap 2i/2o USB interface options?

Looking for a cheap but decent quality stereo in/stereo out USB interface. XLR and jack combo in. MIDI is useful but not essential. Will be used with either silent/headphone practice coming from a reactive load, or digital amp modelling etc.
Focusrite 2i4 or Steinberg UR242 look like they have the features? Any others I should consider?
