Help finding a guitar

Hi all. 

I’m hoping someone here knows more than google. 

I’m looking to find a modern style guitar similar to the one in the link but with a hardtail bridge. 

It needs a singlecoil in the neck and humbucker in the bridge. Doesn’t have to be any particular make as long as it’s quality and sub £1500.

If you don't find one that fits the bill but do find a HH version, a possible option would be a Seymour Duncan P-Rails in the neck which can be switched to a single coil, or even just a humbucker-sized P90.

There might even be humbucker-sized Strat style pickups, though don't think I've ever seen one. Or maybe some sort of plate that fits in a HB size but then holds a Strat pickup?

Good shout on the Vela had one in the past and very nice guitars. 

The Ibanez don’t float my boat, trying to avoid the strat route if possible.

Appreciate the heads up this is purely what’s out there not a wanted add. I’ll not be parting with my hard earned for months yet. 

@Fuengi for some reason I can’t bring myself to own a charvel, my old grunge days won’t let me.

Possibly not pointy enough, but as a bit of an "alternative" choice, Reverend Double Agent? It's a P90 rather than 'normal' single coil in the neck, but a bit different.

I’m not after pointy at all more a modern carved top. The reverend is nice but trying to keep away from pickguards. I only used the ESP and a general example of a modern carved top double cut with hardtail and HS config. It’s surprisingly hard spec set to find.

I have a fantastic Epi Korina Explorer with a Gibson 498T at the bridge and a Fender single coil hidden under a H/B cover. 

Can't remember where I bought it now, and it's definitely not for sale anyway

Chapman Rabea Massad signature? It's got a single coil sized humbucker in the neck so that could be swapped for a true single coil.
