It looks okay but, honestly, I'm not convinced, especially at that price. But then I hate gold hardware on anything that isn't a Les Paul Custom.

I like 'em. There are also other MIJ 'Fender' copies that are terrific. Edwards (ESP) and FGN (Fujigen) are excellent. If you can find them, that is.

Basswood body would put me off.

 But theres these; handmade with better quality wood

I almost bought the white version a couple of weeks ago. I’m just not 100% about the gold hardware on either model. But it is certainly a looker.
