Cheers, when I tried it on the app there was no mention of input of liability. Unless that's what my stake was and it just didn't explicitly say it.

Don't use the app, the functionality is limited, you need to use the full Exchange website.

When I tried to do a £25 SP lay bet, it wouldn't tell me my liability (said TBD) and it appeared I couldn't limit my liability? Or does your stake limit the liability automatically to the same amount?

I lay at SP which asks you enter the liability amount so the amount I win will depend on the starting price odds, if you lay at at fixed price before the race, you set the amount you wish to win and see the liability calculated next to your stake.

Laying is the opposite of backing

I don't recommend anyone follows my bets, this is not a tipping service! losing bets are coming and I am not responsible for your losses, I play the long game.

 

Don't worry dude, it's a learning thing for me, I'm not expecting you to earn me a small fortune, nor will I come chasing you if things don't work out! I'm just happy to pick up some tips and see how it's done

@RandallFlagg are you using/have you used Profit Accumulator to work out who to bet on?
Someone on here was on about it a few years ago and I meant to give it a good shot but never really got round to it other than the initial trial, which worked brilliantly.

Only lost £18.60 on Ghaith stake was reduced at SP for some reason, probably an non runner at the off

betting bank is now £240.99
