Affordable meter that can do mV AC? (Aion L5 preamp calibration)

So, I finally finished my Aion L5 preamp build, and came to calibrate it, only to discover that the AC voltage scale on my multimeter only does a vastly higher voltage range.
Can anyone recommend a meter that can do millivolts AC? And which isn't going to cost the earth? Alternatively, if anyone has calibrated one of these by ear, tips welcome!
