Nice work and parts of the lyrics very effectively sum up my visit to the supermarket earlier.

Sorry. I intended to post earlier this morning but got caught up. Things are a bit hectic for us senior NHS staff. 

If people don't mind I'd extend it for a short period of time like a week ago that I can add something in - or longer if others want to enter @poopot is there a chance of Uncle SF getting something together

Hokay!... I haz issue.

last summer I slipped on the staircase at my folks place... I clung onto the newel post on my way down and ended up basically hanging by my outstretched arm. 

as a result I tore two tendons in my shoulder which have now healed themselves together... “adhesive capsulitis” apparently (frozen shoulder)... it means I have limited mobility and in certain positions a lot of pain... 

I did a little tuition vid for my lad the other day, five minutes long, it ruined me for the rest of the day... a screen grab of the vid is below, look at the position of my right shoulder

I’m turning into Quasimodo ffs!...

Upshot is I can’t ply for more than five mins before I have to stop!...

I’m gonna have to sit this one out chaps!!!!!

Yikes. That looks really uncomfortable. It's sad to have you sit this one out and it'll be strange not having everyone's favourite uncle in the playlist.

Take it easy and get back to full health mate.

Bugger. Managed to work from home yesterday and recorded vocals "during a break"... Then computer crashed before they were saved. Should have this wrapped up by the weekend though
