Great sound, great condition, full working order.

Kef Concerto 1 floorstanding speakers now added to the list. Good working order, some slight damage to bases and marks on cabinets, but sounding very good indeed. £70 the pair.

That's a full Arcam/Kef setup for £250 the lot! Come and get it!

Cheers for the encouragement. I’m only selling these as I was gifted the Quad stuff by my brother in law. I was very happy with this setup and the phono stage in the amp is great.

I bought a Quad Vena amp which has Bluetooth and it sounds great playing Spotify through some very decent Etek speakers.

But ...... I prefer my Audiolab amp, Arcam CD player and KEF 611 speakers! Its ‘90’s hi-fi heaven for me!

I grew up using a Quad 22 and 2 Quad II monoblocks,the sound was sublime and it kept my room warm too.......

There are so many modern alternatives to a vintage separates system, I know, I have had them and still own them. I have a Bose system for ipod/iphone which does sound pretty good. But nothing compares to a "real" hifi system, when compared directly, the difference is stark. I played a few CD's and vinyls last night and if you close your eyes it's like being in the room with the band and you can "see" where each musician is in the room.

I will consider any reasonable offer on this setup now. We've accepted an offer on our house and have had our offer accepted on the one we want, so there's no way I want to carry this stuff with me to the next house.
