I have exactly the same one and it is a beautiful guitar! Although I recently put 9s on it instead of 10s for a change and I am regretting it slightly...

I like 9s, great for bending,  I def love this guitar the only thing I would want to change is I have always wanted a cherry sunburst tele from about 81,  I would never refinish it but  if a CSB came along I would trade it for that, purely for the fickle ess of the colour lol

Try hybrid 9-46.  Bendy at the top, a bit more beef at the bottom.
