I had a bad experience there with the fretting of a fingerboard, but they do pretty nifty artwork.

Sims are OK but they are VERY expensive. I had some stuff from them many years ago but I wouldn't go again.

I used Vince Ray for a custom job on my custom guitar - hand painted rather than spray though...
