Converting a TOM to a wraparound bridge?

Just thinking out loud as I look at projects - if a junior/special type guitar had a tune o matic bridge and a single piece wraparound would look better, I would have to plug the existing holes and then redrill new holes to match the new bridge posts.  

If any of the experts have any advice on that I’d be interested - I’m guessing there isn’t a shortcut of a bridge that would fit the existing posts?    Any special tools needed or just glue and a drill?
