Oil City pick ups: low tuned sets?

Looking some pick ups for my 26.5 scale "baritone" and I wondered about a Bareknuckle Silo set but the cost is eye watering. Then I remembered that Oil City are firm favourite here so I had a look.

Has anyone got any recommendations or real world experience of something Ash makes which could be comparible or good for low end tuning which wouldn't go to mush under high gain and non flubby? I wondered about his djentorator set.

Blackbirds probably. I've got my 6 string sets all tuned to standard, but then in my 27" I've got the ulfbhert versions tuned to B. Never had an issue with mush and its usually what I look out for.

Any of the models with neodymium magnets.

All of my OCP experience has been with Alnico magnet pickups. The lowest tuning I have tried with any of them was Eb on a certain white Ibanez. ;)
You say, atom bomb. I say, tin of corned beef.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Blackbirds, as you know.

Have you heard Brian Setzer playing his ‘c’ times Baritone Gretsch. It’s got Filtertrons. Sound awesome!

Blackbirds would definitely do what you want by most accounts.

A bit of a left-field suggestion - maybe look at the Airship Troopers.
They look to be pretty similar to BKP Black Dogs, which I've got in my PRS SVN (26.5", tuned to drop G). The Black Dogs have an aggressive voice, but the lower output means they never lose clarity or flub up, and fill in some of the mids that can be lost on baritone scale guitars. Maybe check what Ash says, but assuming they're similar, the Airship Troopers could do what you want.
