Only £3499
To many potential 335 buyers then the varitone is the reason not to buy it - The Bigsby is a matter of taste
My gut feeling is that you think it is worth far more
The issue with asking more is that you'll generally have to play the long game
I don't have a gut feeling on it at all. It's not my guitar - it was but I traded it and he now wants to sell, so I thought I'd try and ascertain a value on it for him.
Hope you're well and thanks for the input.
Lovely guitar, but the Bigsby always felt a bit like a Victorian Bicycle saddle to me.
Mind you that was when they were selling off a lot of reissue 335s (58, 61 and 63s) for £2,500. They do seem a bit scarcer these days (maybe since the Memphis workshop was closed) so prices might be a little higher now.
but I have experience of buying from that store (Lovies) and was 100% pleased
bullet proof packaging.
I'm sure you meant BB King and not B flat King ?
