Martin 00015m bought blind online! Never done that before but it is gorgeous.

Thanks for all the advise in the previous thread.

It's really lovely. Super characterful tone, very clear too.

This one has some really lovely inlays, and the back is quite bizarre as it is so dark in places.

HNGD, I’ve got the Sigma version, even that records beautifully, that Martin looks like the only Martin I’d buy tbh

Just a quick update.

It has been about a month and wow, this guitar is so characterful. I've been writing more than I've done in ages, and have been really enjoying getting to know it.

I am astonished how well it plays - very low action right out of the box and no buzzes at all. I usually play dreads, and this is so comfortable. Superb all around!

Nice one. On the retros, they particularly suit mahogany guitars so you should at least try them out. Have a spare set of something else just in case. They have the habit of dividing the crowd

The Retros suit all mahogany guitars very well, but you’ve got to give them a few days to settle in. Also they last along time. Can’t recommend them highly enough for your guitar.
