Wrapover bridge and 'banjo style' tuner recommendations please

Hi All

Hope you're keeping well, staying safe and all that jazz fusion.

I'm umming and ahhing over which hardware to use.

There are a number of wrapover bridges available, I'm keen to go for a vintage style with unobtrusive intonation but there are lots of manufacturers and differing reports of quality.

I also need a set of tuners as commonly found on reverse Firebirds - I'm aware the Steinbergers are the gold standard, however they are a) scarce it would seem and b) expensive. Kluson also make them to the original pattern, does anyone have any experience of these? Would standard gearless banjo tuners work in a pinch?

I'm also on somewhat of a budget at present, so cost effective recommendations would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Matt

I like wraparounds to be as simple as possible, even totally uncompensated, but I know that isn't for everyone.   Most important to me is weight, I want them to be approx 1oz on guitars like this.

Steinbergers are great tuners.   Not tried the reissue banjo style ones, but I doubt normal banjo ones would hold tension well
