    No affiliation (and not secondhand) but Coda Music just took a shipment of Recording King Dirty 30s parlour guitars within that price range. Can't imagine there are many others solid top parlours for under £200 new, but I've not tried them out so can't vouch for their quality.

    I’m in the same boat could stretch to 300 , looking at the dirty 30’s they’re nice but god I love the finish on the art and lutheries better . Trying to decide wether to go for one but series 7, series 9 type 0 or series 9 parlour ? Gonna have to have a think but great prices
