Indeed - if it's unplayed then one wonders where all the fingerprints around the knobs came from. Also is an "unplayed" second hand guitar really a selling point? Someone disliking something so much they never even picked it up doesn't sound like much of a selling point to me.

Condition is not 'new' unless he's a MusicMan dealer, regardless of whether it's been played or not.

Does beg the question if it's new and unplayed and he has the receipt, why doesn't he get a refund?? Music man guitars to my knowledge have never skyrocketed in value?
