Les Paul classic makeover

Hi thought I'd share this one, it's a customer of mine who said can I refinish it to a better looking aged burst
The top carve on these standards and classics etc is not very nice to look at for me, it's far too rounded over on top so I did some recarving but I can't get it absolutely correct because the neck angle is too steep otherwise it would look even higher
Main thing is flatten the top off and and do a bit of a recurve
Anyway looks much better now after 2 days

First up flattened that top off and get that round over to a more pleasing carve
I used scrapers paper and blocks to get the top done 
After 2 days it's stripped and ready to get a good looking cherry back and burst

Here's the burst and cherry back, I've been rushing to get work done and forgot to show just the yellow base 
This will fade back nicely imo, it still needs amber then clear coats

Looking good, the back looks a lot more subtle in colour too now.
