    @yorkio many years ago (1980/81), I met Johnny Thunders at a party in NY.  My friends at the time were all peripherally related to the New York Dolls and the party was at their old managers loft in the garment district of NY.  I remember that the kitchen was made out of the old Fur vault and still had the steel door.  Johnny Thunders lived next door and he came around to the party for a while.  I also have this recollection that he was heavily stoned, mind you, I'd drunk a lot, so might not be the best judge of that!

    Ha! Our guitars might be cousins, at the very least. Yours looks a good deal cleaner than mine though, I have to say.
