Mixing headphones recommendations ....

They are cheap (compared to similarly high end headphones), software like Waves NX and Abbey Road Studio have a profile for them to EQ them flat and George Massenberg - inventor of the parametric EQ - once said they are the only headphones he'd ever found to work for mixing.
Incidentally - when mixing on headphones I also highly recommend the Waves NX or Abbey Road Studio plugins. There might be similar things from other manufacturers, I don't know. But they make mixing on headphones translate so much better.
