SOLD: Gibson Burstbucker I & II set, zebra coils, nickel covers, £125 delivered

Pulled these from a 2011 ES 335. Was a limited edition so they are zebra coils and four-conductor ( at the moment I've soldered and taped off the unused coil starts/ends for regular switching, but the option is there if you want to split them).

I added nickel covers, which are in pretty good nick. But these can be easily removed for some zebra goodness

BB I is around 7.6k, with 38cm of wire left

BB II is around 8.2k, also with 38cm of wire left

Great PAF tones, bit livelier than 57 classics and more than hold their own against boutique offerings.

Complete with slot-head screws and springs.

Good luck with the sale, I absolutely love Burstbuckers. Got a pair just like this (nickel covered) in my Explorer and I think they've just got amazing character - open, airy, great harmonics and get nasty in an awesome way with distortion.
