Electro acoustic wanted, under 300

Hi all, As the band can not rehearse for sometime, I would like to buy an electro acoustic to use for recording.
Was thinking of the Yamaha APX series, they seem quite good prices used. But would prefer not to buy on eBay.
Let me know what you have.

Can I suggest you go into your local guitar shop and try a range of electro-acoustic guitars? I did and the APX was the one I was most interested in but when I tried them in person I was astounded at how poor Yamaha and Fender acoustics compared with almost unknown brands. I am certain you will be surprised.
