On the baseplate of the pickup, there should be a self-adhesive label. This will indicate the pickup's serial number and model ID. Some of the information will be printed. Some will be in Ash's hand writing. At casual glance, the N for neck might be mistaken for a hurried W.

Having said that, I find that my SYD+ only has the hand written legend. No serial number. D'oh!

There should be two picture links in the text that refer to this pickup. Possibly slightly counterintuitively, the link under the word 'Zebra' shows the rear of the pickup. I wonder if it's an early one, in advance of a more detailed labelling system having evolved - I can see it's signed 'Ash', and has what looks like a string of numbers, but am unable to discern anything further - sorry.

Is the Blitz neck or bridge? And 52mm or 49mm spacing?

I don't know, but the consensus in respect of output (see above) suggests neck. The spacing is 50mm, which likewise makes me think neck.
