Issues with Focusrite Solo

I just bought the 3rd Gen Focusrite Solo (really needed to upgrade from the Toneport GX). I've installed all the drivers and I'm hearing audio from my guitar direct and I can hear audio from youtube videos, notifications etc but, opening up a plugin (Neural DSP) I can't hear the plugin. The plugin isn't registering the audio even though I've set the audio device to the Focusrite ASIO. I've tried loading the plugin within Reaper, but I'm getting the same issue. Reaper doesn't pick up any sound even though I've switched the audio device to the Focusrite.

Any one know what's going on? or had a similar issue?

Direct monitoring is lit up and so is INST but I'm getting nothing from plugins or DAW

Have you selected the correct input?

input 1 should be xlr, input 2 is the jack iirc...

Yeah turns out that was the issue.
