Hi all, I've got a copy of the "Cool Blues & Hot Jazz Guitar" that I bought in 1998.  I want to gift it to my niece but sadly I don't have the accompanying CD.  Any of you fine folks have a copy or know where I can source one?  If so, let me know please.
