Archetype Plini - what IR format should I be using ?

as above - have Plini - running standalone atm - want to check out whats possible re alternative IRs

what format should I be using - ie sample rate and length  - as reading the manual - no directions for custom IR ..

any advice appreciated - + any recommendations for IR packs free / purchased that you've had success with Archetype Plini or the other Neural Plugins ...

About the length, 250ms should be fine. You can load bigger files for sure, but reverbs IRs aren't allowed."
